KeyGuard Password is now KeyCare Pass. Same vault, same account, a new name and address.

About

Password security that people actually use

KeyCare Pass is made by GovPAM, the team behind Gov PAM, a privileged access management platform for organizations that answer to regulators and auditors.

KeyCare Pass

KeyCare Password Manager, by GovPAM. Formerly KeyGuard Password.

We believe the safest password is the one nobody has to remember, kept in a vault that only its owner can open.

Our story

GovPAM builds tools that control access to the systems organizations depend on. Gov PAM looks after privileged accounts: the administrator logins and keys that can change everything. KeyCare Pass looks after everyone else's: the dozens of passwords every person uses each day.

We launched our password manager as KeyGuard Password and renamed it KeyCare Pass in October 2026, with a new home at keycarepass.com. It is open source and builds on a mature open-source code base, so its security can be checked rather than taken on trust.
