Share passwords with the right people, and nobody else
Collections share items with the people who need them. Send shares a note or a file with anyone, through a link that expires.
Stop pasting passwords into chats and emails, where they stay readable for years.
How it works
Collections
Shared collections with real permissions
Families, Teams and Enterprise organizations share items through collections. Give each person or group one of five permissions per collection.
- View items, or view items with hidden passwords
- Edit items, or edit items with hidden passwords
- Manage the collection, its items and who can use it
Groups (Teams and Enterprise)
Give a whole team access at once
Gather people into groups such as Finance or IT Support, and give the group access to its collections. New starters get everything their team uses as soon as you add them.

Send
Share once, with anyone, then let it disappear
Send encrypts text or a file and gives you a link. Choose when it is deleted (up to 31 days), when it expires, how many times it can be opened, and whether it needs a password. The recipient needs no account.
- The key to decrypt it travels in the link, not on our servers
- Hide your email address from the recipient
- Organizations can limit or remove Send with a policy
Frequently asked questions
Can people with view-only access still use a password?
Yes. With hidden passwords they can still autofill the login without seeing it. Treat hidden passwords as a convenience, not a security boundary.
Does the person I send a Send to need KeyCare Pass?
No. They open the link in any web browser, enter the password if you set one, and copy the text or download the file.
How many collections can we have?
Families has up to two shared collections. Teams and Enterprise have no limit. See pricing.
