Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between Teams and Enterprise?

Enterprise adds organization policies (such as required two-step login and master password rules), account recovery for members who forget their master password, and custom administrator roles.

Can I change the number of seats later?

Yes. Added seats work straight away and PayFast charges for them from your next monthly payment. Fewer seats apply from the next payment, because the current month is already paid.

Do members need to pay separately?

No. The organization pays for every seat, and every member gets Premium for their own vault as well.
